Servalparts (hereinafter referred to as “we”) is a professional service and trading company specialized in connecting Chinese auto parts manufacturers with the South African aftermarket. This Policy applies to all clients, suppliers and other partners who conduct business with us (collectively referred to as “you”).
We commit to strictly complying with data protection laws and regulations of China, South Africa and other applicable jurisdictions, and processing your information in a transparent and compliant manner to safeguard your privacy and legitimate rights and interests.

To provide you with end-to-end supply chain solutions, we only collect information necessary for business operations, including but not limited to:
1.1 Basic Customer Information
- Enterprise information: Such as your company name, registered address, business license number, tax registration number (including South African VAT registration number) and other entity qualification information;
- Contact information: Such as the name, phone number, email address and position of your business contact, used for business communication and service coordination.
1.2 Order and Transaction Information
- Procurement and supply information: Such as your parts purchase list, product model, quantity, specification, and corresponding information of Chinese suppliers (desensitized);
- Logistics and warehousing information: Such as delivery address, warehousing needs, cargo sorting requirements, delivery route preferences, etc.;
- Transaction records: Such as order confirmations, shipping documents, receipt confirmation information, payment settlement documents, etc.
1.3 Financial and Compliance Information
- Information related to financial services: Such as corporate cash flow certificates and payment account information required for providing supply chain financing (including 120-day payment terms, $100,000 credit line, etc.);
- Payment and settlement information: Such as payment vouchers for COD transactions, basic account information associated with MustangPay QR code payments (used only for payment verification);
- Compliance documents: Such as SABS certification application materials, market compliance information required for bilingual labels (English + Zulu/Afrikaans), etc.
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
When you use our services such as smart warehousing and order tracking, we may automatically collect relevant data through our system, such as real-time inventory change records, order routing trajectories, and replenishment alert trigger data. Such information is only used for service optimization and performance guarantee.
3. Purposes of Information Use
The information we collect is only used for the following business-related purposes. Without your explicit consent, it will not be used for other unrelated purposes:
- Providing core supply chain services: Including matching you with over 1,000 pre-vetted Chinese suppliers, arranging first-mile logistics (sorting, customs declaration, transportation), realizing last-mile delivery (1-4 days for regional delivery) through our 50,000㎡ warehouse network in South Africa, and providing smart warehousing management;
- Handling financial and compliance matters: Such as processing supply chain financing, making advance payments to Chinese suppliers on your behalf, assisting with VAT registration and declaration, and ensuring compliance with South African market requirements;
- Ensuring service quality: Such as through order tracking (including weekly production updates) and inventory visualization functions to ensure on-time delivery of goods and prevent stockout risks;
- Optimizing service experience: Improving logistics efficiency, warehousing management and financial solutions based on historical transaction data and service feedback to better meet your business needs;
- Fulfilling legal obligations: Such as providing compliance filing information as required by regulatory authorities, or retaining necessary transaction records to resolve disputes.
4. Storage and Protection of Information
4.1 Storage Method and Duration
Storage carriers: Your information will be stored on our encrypted servers, and some core data related to logistics and finance will be synchronously backed up to cloud storage systems that meet security standards;
Storage locations: Information storage will follow the principle of “proximity and compliance”, with reasonable distribution on servers in China and South Africa, and will comply with laws and regulations on cross-border data transmission;.
Storage duration: Your information will only be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, or until you request deletion and subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g., tax and audit-related records shall be retained until the expiration of the statutory time limit).
4.2 Security Protection Measures
- Technical safeguards: Adopting technical means such as data encryption, access control and firewalls to prevent information leakage, tampering or loss;
- Management norms: Implementing strict permission approval and confidentiality training for employees who access information, and only authorizing necessary personnel to process business-related information;
- Emergency response: Establishing an emergency response plan for information security incidents. In case of data security risks, remedial measures will be taken promptly and you and regulatory authorities will be notified in accordance with the law.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We commit not to sell or rent your information to any unrelated third parties. Information will only be shared or disclosed in the following limited circumstances:
- Sharing with cooperating service providers: Only for the purpose of service provision, necessary information will be shared with our logistics partners (e.g., warehousing and delivery teams), payment service providers (e.g., MustangPay), compliance consulting agencies, etc. Such partners must sign confidentiality agreements and comply with the requirements of this Policy;
- Necessary synchronization with suppliers: Core order information (e.g., product model, quantity, delivery deadline) will be shared with Chinese suppliers, while your sensitive financial information will be redacted;
- Lawful and compliant disclosure: Providing necessary information in response to lawful requests from government agencies, regulatory authorities or judicial authorities;
- Protecting legitimate rights and interests: Disclosing relevant information within the scope permitted by law to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of us or you (e.g., resolving service disputes, preventing fraud risks).
